FB HOUSE / GUAYMARAL / 2015 - 2017

This private residence draws inspiration from the villa archetype —a tranquil, secluded retreat nestled within a series of spacious, unique gardens. The single-level home is meticulously designed with careful attention to proportions and transitions, where each garden serves as a semi-contained space that enhances the overall composition. Full-height openings seamlessly connect the interior with these gardens, extending the living space outward and enriching the atmosphere. The layout follows a classic distribution, clearly delineating intimate family areas, social/public spaces, and service/technical zones.

Driven by the client’s high expectations, the project was executed to the highest standards of design, technical requirements, and construction. Leading a large team of technical experts, contractors, and suppliers, we ensured that every detail was thoughtfully executed. Advanced technologies were integrated to complement the space, not dominate it. The residence features state-of-the-art systems, including automated lighting controls, motorized blinds, photovoltaic panels with battery storage, and solar heat collectors linked to the boiler and heating systems. Custom-designed windows, a sophisticated sound system, a spa, and various bespoke elements further tailor the home to the client’s specific needs.
