HOUSE FOR A WRITER / SUBACHOQUE / 2017 - 2019 / UNDER CONSTRUCTION

The house is perched in the middle of a narrow site, surrounded by quiet farmland. It overlooks a small creek bordered by walnut and tibar trees, as well as large moss-covered rocks. The exterior tones—a black-blue façade and a dark grey roof—complement and enhance the greenery of the landscape. The orientation of the house maximizes scenic views and takes full advantage of the sun’s path throughout the day.

The structural wooden elements, millwork, and furniture, including beds and tables, were all designed and crafted from the same pine wood, creating a cohesive aesthetic. The interior space is fluid and calm, fostering a serene atmosphere.
